FAQHow do minutes work?
You buy a pack of minutes and draw down as you talk. Each session uses only the time it runs, up to 30 minutes per session.
Do minutes expire?
No. Minutes stay in your account and carry over between purchases. There's no expiration date.
Is my data my own?
Yes. Your sessions are private by default. We don't sell or share your transcripts.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. For now, every account is individual. A team plan may come later.
Can I rehearse a presentation?
Yes. In the boardroom scenarios you can open with a short presentation of one, three, or five minutes and lay out your recommendation uninterrupted before the panel opens questions. Your opening is scored on its own: how clearly you made the ask and how well you pre-empted objections.
Is Difficult Conversations only for managers?
No. Difficult Conversations is built for people early or mid-career: the everyday talks no one trains you for. Asking for a raise, giving a peer feedback, pushing back on a deadline, or talking to someone on your team. The cases are lighter than the other scenarios, with the same voice-rehearsal engine and the same scored feedback.
